Put up a sign at the entrance:

DUI and DRUG CHECKPOINT ahead. Please have license, registration and proof of insurance available for inspection.

You could have a small separate sign hanging at the bottom saying CHECKPOINT IS OPEN.

We've had family over and grilled out.

We could probably fit 16-18 vehicles here other than ours. The propery around our 1-acre is owned by the guy behind us that farms it. His property is behind and on both sides. No immediate neighbor next to us.

We have enough space for a decent gathering and even camping along the other side of our building (left side of the pic) if we wanted.

set an automatic gate just in far enough for a car to pull in. to the gate adapt a laundramat coin collector so they are forced to deposit a buck or 2 in quarters for the gate to open for their turnaround. no quarters, they are forced to back out.
