PCM Shorting Bar? HELP?

Anybody know what the PCM shorting bar is? Had a computer burn up and I thought the pin that got hot went to the ignition control module, but after further looking, it goes to something called the "PCM shorting bar". What in the world is that and where is it located? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there. You sent me some stuff the other day, but something is wrong with our server at work so I haven't been able to access that email account. Would you care to send it to phillipandlaura@gmail.com? I really appreciate it. Do you know what the PCM shorting bar physically looks like and where I should look for it? I'd like to not have to start slicing into the wiring loom just to follow that wire. Thanks a million for the help.
