I just went through the process of figuring out why mine sagged/leaned on the driver side. Mine ended up being a tweaked frame, but it could be multiple things.

It could be any of these things:

  • Front coil spring sagging or broken
  • Front sway bar binding
  • Rear leaf spring sag or broken leaf
  • Rusted / broke leaf spring hangers
  • Rusted / bent / broken passenger side rear shackle
  • Bent frame

But since yours is an 06, I doubt that anything would be rusted bad enough to break. I would swap the rear leaf springs from driver side to passenger side first to rule them out. It will only cost you your time and work. You could also take it to a shop or two and get some opinions from some mechanics as well...
