Umm........
98-00 grills sit more into the bumper than the 93-97's and the bracketry is totally different, but it can be done,
but unsure how it would look since it would have to be low enough to clear the grille....

best if you get the LMC Truck catalog as i find it a good reference for interchanging parts between model years on rbv's. just a thought.
