part after transfer case

I need to know the name of the part that is directly after the transfer case it has 4 bolts that bolt it on to the transfer case and it connects to the first drive shaft

the transfer case connect to the drive shaft im confused

if it is flat and has 4 bolt holes that bolt to the 4 holes on the round thing on the back of the transfer case and attaches to a U joint floppy thing, it is called a yoke. sometimes if it has 2 U-joints in it, it is called a cardigan.

its a flange and a dual carbon joint is the joint with 2 joints close together
