Ok, long story short, building custom bumper, needed signals to pass safety, wired my parking lights to blink, no problem, but they were tightwads and said they weren't bright enough, so I cut holes in the bumper and reinstalled factory blinkers but left them wired to the parking lights so that they will also blink (extra safe right?), all works fine, except one thing; the passenger side factory blinker now stays lit when the parking lights are on... still works as a blinker, but it looks stupid at night to have one of my big orange blinkers lit up and the other not. The wiring was simply running the ground wire from the parking light and tying in with the signal wire to the blinkers. Any of you electrical wizards out there have any idea what might be causing this chaos? I'm at a bit of a loss. If nobody has ideas then Ill just chase it down with a multimeter this weekend.
