I had a scan run and it said miss on number 1 cylinder, I changed plugs,wires and coil pack. Still have a miss and a knocking sound from back of motor. Could this be the camshaft sensor?

Might be an injector for the miss, also check the compression on that cylinder. Usually the cam sensor will squeal but not knock. You can buy a cheap engine stethoscope for under 20 bux and listen around at the knock and get a better idea of where it is coming from.

Might also be that you got the wires on wrong. I have seen mis-placed plug wires make a EDIS 6-cyl sound like a PowerStroke before.
