i'm trying to decide what color i should paint my truck. i like the really metalic colors. i like blue but we already have 4 blue cars in the drive way. another choice was dark shadow gray.
no matter what color i pic its going to have black rally stripes along the bottom body panel..unless i paint it black then i will do gray stripes

since im not sure how to make a poll these are my options

-gray(most likely dark shadow gray)

-blue

-dark red

-black

-other

also if you want to be an extra help give me a good color name with your choice

Well I'm currently a puke green. I am fond of blue but I'm going with a black for my truck, truly it's all how you want it. Look at peoples trucks, find shade YOU like and ask what kind of paint/nameand where they got it done at. All anyone can say is color they like. You have to like it. I want a tuff looking truck. So my bumper/grille is black using rust-oleum truck bedliner spray. Black of course. Both bumpers will be painted soon. Grille is only done so far. Body... I want it ruff lookin but not bubbly lookin likea bedliner. Maybe a satin black. That's for MY truck.

Generally speaking, the higher the gloss, the stronger the paint is.
That being said, if you already got a bunch of blue cars around, I would shy away from that. I always liked gray, but not really dark ones. Had a flat gray cherokee for a while, and it looked pretty badass.
Otherwise, I would keep it red, I always liked how red looks when a truck is coated in mud or dirt.
