ok thanks. I think I made a major mistake cause i just bought and installed a extension speaker and it is really quiet so do I need to get a horn. If so who sells them?

radioshack has normal outdoor PA speakers. they're not technically CB parts

You might want to look into Black Ghost CB shop, google says its about half an hour away from your location.

put the speaker facing down or it can tend to hold water in it. ive gone through a few untill i bought the 50watt speaker from radio shack my last one was coverd in mud and melted pretty bad and worked great

Mine is low, under the grill, I'll post a pic later if I remember. I've done several deep water trips, never affected my PA speaker, front diff oil is a different story.
