P171-174 again!

Did a search and found the issues to look for. Cleaned the MAF. CEL stayed off for 1 and 1/2 tanks. Now on again. Checked all hoses and they look fine. No collapse, cracks, etc.

Bought some carb clean. Sprayed around instake. Noticed a very subtle rpm change on the passengers side. Not much, maybe 50 to 100 RPMs. But did notice when I stopped sparying, the engine bogged a little.

Instake gaskets???

yeah i had the same problem. chased it around for about a year before changing all of the intake gaskets.
mine came and went also

Should have looked closer!!!

it was/is the PCV elbow hose. Now to replace.

Did you replace the PCV while your at it. I change the PCV when I change spark plugs just for giggles.

Replaced the elbows and pipe. What a difference. Enough said!
