P0171 & p0174 - Flex Fuel

I have the lean code showing up on my 3.0 2002 flex fuel Ranger. It appears to happen after I am on my second tank of E85. After putting regular gas back into it & resetting the codes they appear to go away.

Mine will do a very similar thing, mainly if you let it idle for an extended time when I have a mix of E-85 & gasoline, have not seen it on straight gasoline
Checked everything I can for any vacuum leaks and cannot locate any using propane. I also get a P0000 code as well.

I had the PCV hose that leads into the intake plenum replaced last time & thought it had fixed it. But then E85 went up & it wasn't worth the mileage to continue to run it.

I run a 1/4 tank mixture of E-85 for the increased octane benefit for the Whipple, much cheaper than a tank of premium at this time.
