Oxford White or Desert Sand

That is the question. I live in the Arizona Desert and have always bought white whenever possible but this Desert Sand looks really nice and it's pretty light. Help me decide lol! (The $395 upcharge for the Desert Sand is not a consideration in my decision)

Well I like the Desert Sand better as well but I just went by the dealership with a laser gun and was amazed to find the Desert Sand a good 15-25 degrees hotter than the white, depending on where I pointed it. On the white it was possible to keep my hand on the hood but on the Desert Sand it was hot enough to burn my hand and I had to pull it away. This was in full sun 110F which is not uncommon here.

So common sense is going to over rule and I'm going with white.

I also decided not to get running boards. Running boards are nice when they are needed to get into a vehicle, but on the Ranger they are not needed like they are on a Superduty and they just get in the way. I had the same issue on my Jeep TJ and I took them off, much easier to get in and out especially for the wife.

For where you love, I agree that white is probably the bettr choice. I do like the sand color though.

I like the sand color, always have.

I am tired of the black/white/gray/gray/gray/red/blue color palate options and am very happy to see them offering earth tones. And I say that as a silver F-150 driver.
