New pics/1ST Ranger

Pictures ADDED. For your plesure.
Well I bought this from a kid in tehachipi. He got it when he turned 16. So I'm pretty sure it's been drivin OFF every MounTain top in the california desert and maybe a few others.
Well so far, I tore down the top end and replaced all the gaskets to fix the leaks. Looks like they put in a new long block and hastily put it back together. So there is hope.
well a short time later, I broke the cam sensor. that's where a distributor would normaly be( on a sm blc chev anyway) well after that I took it to my friends at Hard Core 4x4 $300.00buks it cost me to replace that part.
They got it runing great got a new carrier bearing in (The RIGHT SIZE) that helps.
well I'll post some pics of the way i got it and more as i go. I'm going to pic it up tomorrow go to DMV and the exaust shop. Thinking of having them do the two pipes into one 3inch glasspack. Then OFF to build the roll cage and turn it into my truck.

1993 4.0 8.8R.End with half inch studs, locker and 456's. Deaver leaf pac with Swayaway Racerunner 2.5" 18" shocks. Up front has 5 over Ibeams with custom coil perch mount and twin 2.0 fox pro series 16"shock.

ouch. Went to pick up the rig from HARD CORE 4x4. They pulled the diff cover and whoever org built the rear end diden't use locktite and half the bolts were rolling around the bottom of the diff. There going to pull it apart today. Said it has a detroit locker in it so hopefully it's not damaged. So now i'll have to wait to cage it for awhile because the R.E isn't cheap. OH well, I planned on not crashing anyway. lmao........

The good. Is now every single bearing on the truck has been replaced during the same service. So besides being beat up all the running gear will be Brand new. WE'll just say she's a sleeper.

That's what i have for now, I'll post more when it returns home from the shop. Thank You for the HELP DR83.
Well i went to the shop yesterday. They pulled the diff cvr and half the bolts were laying chewed up in the bottom. The kid had said it had 4.88's but it had 4.11's.
It ruined the axels & bearings everything except the detroit locker.
(Thank you Sweet 8lb6oz baby jesus) Well i'm having it all redone with better axels and 4.56's. Also with the shorter paddle it should help too. In the pic's the truck is sitting on 33x12.50x15 BFG's the paddles are 29x11x15 with 1.5inch paddles for a tottal height of 30.5.
