are there any other ford (or other make) shocks such as crown vic, f150, e150, etc. shocks that will go on a 1st gen 4x4 ranger pickup (both front and rear)? my suspension is stock, just looking for a little more travel/ride control with a larger shock. hoping not to have to get aftermarket brands that command the big bucks.
