opinions on flowmasters on a 2.5L and 3.0L

a shop around here is gonna start selling flowmaster exhausts.
still dont know which model, 40 or 44 and if super or original version.
i was wondering how it would sound on my 2.5, all stock, and planning to leave stock pipes and catalyst.
i ve been watching some yout tube vids and i kinda like it.
i want a deep throaty rumble, nothing too loud or ricey, kinda v6 or v8 sound, like if the truck has a bigger engine on it.

please dont tell me that magna flow or gibson or trush has better ones cuz flowmaster is all they gonna get for now.

also any comments on the 3.0L would be apreciated cuz my bro has one and wants a flowmaster too

i would get the flowmaster delta flow 60 series for your 2.5.

on a 3.0 i would get a delta flow 40, the og 40 is too ricey imo for anything less than a 8 cylinder.

yeah thats exactly what i was thinking, the original sound too "open" for the 2.5.
i saw a vid where the truck had a 40 series but i think it was super, and it had a nice rumble, the guy revved it to the top(doing a 0-60 run) and it didnt had the rice-rattle , he has another vid on the outside and deff sound nice.

NO PROB MAN.

i had the og 40 on my chevy 4.3, and it was too ricey. i went to a magnaflow xl muffler, which is a turbo muffler, i liked the sound of it. theres a vid of it posted in the tailgate under, "well............time to go car shopping"

oo ima check it out, seems like the super 40 is the way to go, this shop makes custom made turbo mufflers too, good is that i can tell em how i want it,in case they dont have the flowmaster i want.
my bro just heard(through the phone lol) the vids on the super 40 and 44 on my 2.5 and his 3.0 and he just loved em!! seems like we going for flowmasters! i hope the shop can get them soon, and i hope they get the super ones.
