Hey all, does anyone have real experience with Energy Suspension complete bushing kits for this truck ?

I've used some of the Prothane red bushings on my old Porsche and they didn't last long and squeeked. (yes, I used the packet of super grease of whatever they call it that came with them.)

Looking to replace all of the suspension and body isolators. Those truck is original and in need of some chassis lovin'.

And advice is appreciated and you all have a great weekend,

Leigh

I have used various urethane bushings on mine and have not encountered issues other than the ones for the cab (body) mounts will allow a little more NVH (noise vibration harshness) to be transmitted into the cab floor. Get black bushings though, they seem to last much longer than the red (the black pigment apparently blocks UV rays from penetrating into the urethane as much and degrading it).

I have used various bushings from Energy suspension with no issues from the bushings. I'd call them a good product at a decent price.

I've never had a problem with any polyurethane bushing I've used. If you going to do body mounts, go ahead and order the DuffTuff Body Mount Hardware. You WILL need it.
