Opinions for exhaust on a 4.0 SOHC. What you got?

With nicer weather coming up, I'm looking into an exhaust for my 4.0 SOHC. It's an 03' extended cab Ranger.

Basically I want it to be deep, a little throaty, and resonate a little in the cab. But not be overly loud to the point it will drive me nuts while driving down the interstate. It will more than likely be from the catalytic converter or muffler back. I'm not set on it being single or dual outlet, but I'd prefer single.

I really don't care if it's a custom setup or a cat back kit. Let me know what you got and what you think of it. Sound clips would be great.

Flowmaster 50 series delta flow with 2.25" piping. The videos were taken when it was first put on it has mellowed out quite a bit since then. Ill make some updated videos soon.

Thinking I may end up with a welded muffler and duals. Doing a custom at work tomorrow. See how it turns out.

Ended up making a custom setup.

I ran 2.5" from the back of the catalytic converter since the flange wasn't in that great of shape. That went into a welded chambered muffler (like a thrush or flowmaster). From there it branched out into dual 2.25" pipes. These ran straight out the back and topped off with 3.5" tips 18" long. Sounds great at idle, decent at lower rpms. Best part of all.....it doesn't really drone on the highway.
