One stuck bolt

I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly. Please check my procedure. I'm trying to remove a replacement 5 speed trans from an 87 2wd.
1. dropped the driveshaft
2. removed the wires
3. removed the starter
4. removed all but one mounting bolt from the trans to engine.
(the pass/side top middle bolt is tough to get to and hard to turn)

DOING TODAY
5. cut the line that goes into the front of the trans
(I'm guessing its the hard to remove hydralic clutch line)
6. trans jack under the tranny
7. remove interior shifter boot/shifter
8. drop the rear crossmember/transmission mount
9. transmission slides back and comes down
10. transmission goes into the garage

Am I going about this the right way?

you can get to that bolt from the top if you get something to stand on and use a 13 inch box end wrench. also, lightly jack up the back of the transmission to take pressure off that one last bolt.

ya if you just need trans out of this truck then i would just cut the line. just my 2c

Man dont cut that clutch line take it off the right way it should have a plastic collar on it you slide in or sometimes and to use a specail tool but i've done it without it and pull the line off. Unless the truck your taking it out of is junk. and tea take some wieght off the trans and the bolt will be easier to remove.

Yeah it should just have two bolts holding it on. as for the PITA bolt I found a couple swival joints and alot of extentions go along ways...
