thanks guys. I'm going to sell off my 2 Procomp A/Ts and my BFG A/T and My BFG Dominator (Yes, I ran 3 different tires types for the last two months.... so what?) to try to afford some goodies for the D44 swap.

Anyone need a spare?

i need a 33x12.5-15 bfg a/t: had a little mishap:

Much better actually, crappy thing is, this truck is my DD and from what I've heard swampers wear like shit...

I'll see how they hold up

You might keep an eye out for another set of wheels and just keep the swampers for fun.

I was actually thinking that. My friend has a set of jeep rims and decent 29" tires, I might trade him an old 33/rim (the spare he needs) for his old set, just to use for long commutes. I only maybe drive a maximum of 15 or 20 miles in a day. My world's pretty close, or else I jack my moms Subaru.

I'll really don't want to wear these down but winter's here and we did have 80 somethin days of snow on the ground last year. (Hey now, that's a lot for CO)

You got a heckuva deal! :icon_thumby:

I used to run 38" TSL's. Never got more than 13k miles out of a set. Soft as sh1t, great traction................ya give up one for the other. I like those tires. Be prepared though, another thing you'll give up....................your truck will ride like crap & wander all over the road when ruts are worn into the road.

That doesn't mean I dislike those tires, they perform awsome on the trails & it's hard to puncture them. I'm just lettin' ya know what to expect.

Now you will be ready for Eagle rock on the 10th of Nov? Good find man.................

I'm lookin forward to it Thumper and Bloodbane!

I think I will go with a set small tires and throw these on for the trails. And at 13,000 miles, well that'll give me close to two years with these!

I work out of my basment, my other job is a mile away, my school is two miles away, my church is 2 and a half, and my auto store is about 4. hahahah

Yeah, mud tires are not the best thing for driving in snow on the road. Loose fluffy stuff is a cakewalk with them, it is the packed stuff that will give you fits.

Exactly. Those blocks will get on the hard pack and you'll be everywhere. I drove on 33" mudders for years and only had 2 snow days. I remember them both vividly. :shok:
