where are the Safety Standard Certification labels (door code tag)with all the codes at? all but one in the local pull a part yards don't have them in the door jams like the 94 and older ones. the only one I personally saw with a tag in the door was a Canadian built one, am I blind as a bat or are they somewhere i'm not glancing at? i'm looking to pull a rear 8.8 out of a 97 moutaineer v8 when they put it in the yard sometime soon and I want to know what its got in case the tag on the diff cover is MIA.

I don't know if it is anywhere else on the vehicle, but I thought mine had it on the door tag, but I am probably wrong.

more then likely, its got 4.10 L/S. just because 3.73's behind a 302 never ends well

I thought they should be there too, but maybe some ass is ripping all the tags off or i'm really partially blind. 5/6 in the yard nearest me don't have them right there on the door, the Canadian one even had the maple leaf on it too.
