1987 4x4 2.9 5 spd man trans The factory oil pressure gauge shows a reading 0f m on the factory gauge There is no engine noise, should I be concerned?

Maybe just the sending unit for your Oil pressure went bad.....most install a mechnical gage to get a true reading of oil pressure. the factory style sending units are notorious for going bad or just not sending accurate information.
