Oil Pressure Sending Unit (Gauge)

I was wondering if anyone knows the difference between these 2 oil pressure sending units:

(Ford # E4ZZ9278A , Motorcraft # SW1547B)

(Ford # E4TZ9278A , Motorcraft # SW873B)

My '84 Ranger Diesel calls for E4ZZ9278A , but I have a new in the box
E4TZ9278A and was wondering if they are interchangable.
