oil pressure sending unit cant find

I have a 2010 FX4 4.0L V6 installing an oil pressure gauge but cant find were to hook up the hose any help would be great thanks

itll be on the side of the block, not sure if driver or passenger on that truck, but ur gonna have to install a t fitting into the hole for the oil pressure gauge so ur stock gauge will remain functional aswell(compter controlled doesnt like seeing no oil pressure)

thanks but still cant find it ? what does it look like i have the tee fitting just need to find where to screw it in

I put a gauge on my 01 ranger 4x4 4liter sohc 2 weeks ago. Take your left front tire off and take off the rubber dust cover and you can see the sending unit just below the p/s pump. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/pa...filterByKeyWord=oil+pressure+sending+unit&fro this is what mine looked like. I had to make a tool to screw the tee in with because everything is in the way with the front differential and all . It was a bear. good luck
