Oil Leak

Yesterday I noticed a few spots of oil from my truck at work. It is a 2000 with the 4.0 litre. I purchased it new, and never leaked a drop of anything. It has 95.000 miles on it now. The leak looks like it is coming from between the water pump and the block. Looks like there is a cover or spacer behind the water pump. More towards the passenger side I would say. No coolant is leaking. Any ideas?
