Ohio off road

ive considered turning the old family farm into a off-road area, theres certianally some wet spots, some wooded area that a trail could be made through with a good hill climb. just dont know if it would be worth it, i dont even have a 4wd right at this moment myself, and im not sure how many would use a off-road area, what insurance might be needed, ect. seems like theres potential for a side bussiness, but might be more headache than what its worth. im in central ohio, 12 miles west of a town called marion, acreage is about 35-40

You open it up and I'll come beat the hell out of my truck . Donaldcon is right about the size but there are lot of us that would like something close to run without driving a shit ton of miles . Ill sign a waiver that keeps you safe from my stupidity .. Start off by inviting some of us more local guys and see how it goes..
