Cost: $4USD paypal only. When sending the payment try and send it as "personal", that way paypal doesn't charge a stupid fee for each order. My paypal info is dnlbeatie@yahoo.com. When you send a payment send a message with it that has your forum name so I know who to notify.
Shipping: I will be sending through the mail so I wont be able to get tracking numbers. I will however notify you once I get yours sent out. The shipping addresses have not been showing up so in the message also send your shipping address just in case. Please be patient with me on this as I am a full time student and have a part time job. I will hopefully be able to send them out either the day the payment goes through or the day after.
