Have a '94 4.0 and i've replaced the MAF, reset the computer and it is still throwing the code. I grounded the truck completely from the front clip to the bed. Should i splice the ground on the MAF pigtail and ground it better or do you think the PCM is the problem?

You should do the opposite actually, the MAF is receiving a ground it shouldn't have. You'll have to trace wires back and see if you have a short to ground somewhere.
