Hi, I want to buy O2 sensor on ebay, but they don't specfied if it's a upstream or downstream sensor. Is there a difference.

Call the parts store and cross reference part numbers for their place on the vehicle.
 
It's really just the same part with like connections. You'll be fine.

upstream or downstream are the same
Downstream rarely need to be replaced, they "see" cleaner exhaust after the Cat
Upstream generally last 100,000 miles, but can fail early if engine runs rich for long periods, this can also shorten life of Cat Converters
