O/D off light

Hello everyone, I need some help. I have a 99 ford ranger xlt 2wd, 4.0 v6 mfi ohv
With 5R55e transmission was rebuilt October last year. My o/d off light blinks on/off driving 40 to 45 mph with air conditioning on, come to stop sign then start slow speed get almost to 40 mph take my foot off gas. Then apply gas to higher speed od off start blinking.
To give a history it has new fuel pump, plugs, plug wires, icv, maf, trottle body, engine run smooth and great. Need help on code p0735.
Appreciate any help!

The od light has codes like the check engine light. Scan it.... get the codes

Sorry p0735 is bad gear ratio in fifth. Give details on what your rebuild was.

Trans was pulled for reverse at transmission shop, fixed reverse. All foward gears worked ok. If i drive it without ac (load ) trams has not had any codes
The p0735 is 5th gear ratio code pops up when ac is on. The transmission shop went back in and recheck trans again replaced inside wiring harness, speed sensor. It has a speed sensor on rear differential. That jas not been replaced.

Thanks, I'am fixing to replace speed sensor on rear differential with motorcraft dy 1123. Any more ideas is appreciated.

Would ac being on or not have anything to do the 5tg gear ratio code?
