Check fuse #20, 10amp, in the cab fuse box, passenger kick panel
You may have shorted the OD wire and blew that fuse, this fuse also powers the other effected systems

The button does not need to be hooked back up, but its wire must be taped up so it doesn't short out.
When you turn on the key the computer will reset to OD on, the OD button is there to turn OD off when going up a long grade or when pulling a trailer, so no shift to 5th gear which keeps RPMs up.
Each time key is turned off and on computer resets to OD on

No, the OD button just has 1 wire in(12v from fuse #20) and 1 wire out to Computer, if computer "sees" 12v monetarily on that wire then it turns OD off and activates the dash light, if it "sees" 12v again then it turns OD back on, so it toggles with momentary 12v pulse.
OD button is always disconnected, unless driver uses it, so no connection to the other systems

Something else in the column wiring was disturbed
