I am in need of some immediate help. I am in the middle of my B2 build and have hit a road block i should have seen coming. I already have my 302 in and was on my way to put in the NP435 and NP205 but the bolt patterns are different. Apparently my 435 was originally bolted to a divorced t-case and I am not sure how to mount it to my 205. The 435 has a square bolt pattern on the tail shaft and the 205 has a round bolt pattern. I do not know much about transmissions so how can bolt them together? What vehicle can i find a 435 that was originally married to a 205 and can i change out the tail shafts? Is there a way of finding a stock adapter on something that will mate them up? Or am I better off trying to find a different 435? All information is much appreciated. I have already done the axle swaps with a D44 and D60. I just need to get this squared away so I can get to mobbin. THANKS.
