It's up to you to give rep. You click under the "Rep Power" where the green thingy is left of whoever it is' post. Then you can add rep power. It also goes up with post count, although I'm not sure about that. Try it on mine!!

it won't let me rep you any more....a warning pop-up said I cannot rep the same person 10 times in a row........

Needs to be a sticky on how to give rep.... I think a lot of people don't know how to use it since I never get any rep....

Then I see people some people with like 90 rep power and wonder if I'm doing something wrong, lol

Just click the lil scale image under someone's info to give them rep or to take rep away if you didn't like their post.

Theres a couple threads and a sticky somewhere floating around about the rep, I think its in the first segment of the forum or by the noobs section. I didnt mean to start that whole thing again, lol. I just wanted to thank everyone I overlooked.
