Welded a tab onto the stock shifter for a Hurst shift lever and knob combo, I had a whole Hurst shifter before but didn't care for it for a number of reasons. This gives me the look and feel of a Hurst with mostly stock shifting properties, it is a little firmer because it isn't rubber isolated like the stocker.
I've also turned the boost up to an even 7PSI, the tires break free on dry pavement at the top of 2nd around 40-50 MPH and the ass end walks out
Hey man how have you been? I just went through the last couple pages of your thread, I like what you have done with the powertrax lol. I will be leaving the sandbox in a couple weeks and be back in the couve over christmas. We need to do something bro!
I was bored so I created this graph. I took my dyno numbers and added 18% for rough output at the crank and combined them with Chrysler's dyno numbers for a stock 5.2 Magnum.
Well I've got a bigger 60mm Holset HX40 on the way. I plan to use a P-trim T4 .81 a/r turbine housing on it. Also really considering going front mount.
I also have this hotside on the way. This was built about 4 years ago and he used it on his truck for maybe 100 miles before the tranny blew (shitty automatics FTL) then he parted it out, it's been passed around to a couple other people who've never used it.
