Looks sweet! What are you going to do about driving in the rain with the exposed filter?
I'll throw a K&N filtercharger over it and it should be good to go, I'll just have to avoid big ass puddles.

Cold side, Done! Hot side, Done! Just waiting for the flange gasket and oil fittings tomorrow!

So after tomorrow will you be doing :3gears: under boost?

Assuming my stuff shows up, no reason that can't happen. Only question is my wideband has been giving me fits, so if I can't get it working right I can't tune it so I can't really drive it, blown headgaskets and pistons aren't in my plans.

Well I have good news and bad news.

It runs and drives, sounds amazing!

BUT, the wideband took a shit so no tuning=no boost :(

There's an AEM unit on CL right now, I'll see if I can snag it tomorrow..

:D

The turbo sound is incredible, I'm not exaggerating when I say it sounds like you're riding in a semi.

Got the AEM WB today so I did some playing with boost, still not tuned very well yet, here's a little teaser, this is 3rd gear. It will actually build boost at less than 2k in 4th..

All these turbo build up pics and whats this? Some unspectacular video! WE NEED MOAR!

I think I just bout sh*t a brick...I sh*t a brick

The next ranger I get, I'll fo sho do this...what psi are you gonna be running and what internals are you using?

It still needs the tune dialed in before I get too crazy. I've taken a few vids but you can't really hear the turbo very well, nothing like in person.

Stock internals other than the rocker arms, right now it's at 4psi, plan on 6-7psi.

Just for you Chris. I finally had the balls to turn up the timing a little and give it some RPMs, since it pulls hard now I haven't been shifting over 3500 RPMs, normally I hit 5k or better to make it get out of it's own way. Anyways I did a couple 2nd gear runs and just punched it, at 4k it throws you back in the seat and just screams, and this is only 4PSI, I can't wait to turn it up a little!

sounds cool, but I am patiently awaiting video-graphical evidence of this. Also pics of your other junk since I know you took it camping! :thefinger:

Messed with it a little tonight, turned the boost up to 6 PSI, proceeded to blow off a silicone coupler and a vacuum port cap :D Now the fun has really started!

And here's a nice completed shot.

Woo! Sure glad I found this thread again! Looking sick Hahn.

Thanks man!

It sounds like I've got a boost leak somewhere, I'm gonna try and find it after work today. I must say it pulls damn strong at 6psi and throwing the Mopar PCM back in sure helped too.
