02 3.0 temp acting up, going all the way to red, I hooked up my scanner and temp got up to 225 idling and held steady, would drop when I reved it and guage would start to drop to, everything good rolling down the road, I changed one temp sensor that is on the 90 degree fitting with hose on it by thermostat housing (I know there's two not sure where the other one is). Any input?

Pop the water pump out and look at the impeller. The 3.0 is notorious for having the impeller fins eaten off the water pump by not keeping up with coolant changes.

If the fins start to corrode away it takes more engine speed to keep the coolant moving at the same speed.

We'll I changed lower hose, was wearing so I flushed radiator and block and my coolent was pretty bad, replaced thermostat ( was supposed to be 192 but can't seem to get truck above 188 now) at least it's not getting hot though

Check the level. Sometimes you get air pockets after large cooling system services like that.
