Has anybody heard of a guy up near sac that has been putting pre 75 F-250 cabs on newer diesel chassis? My buddy and his wife are going to look at one today. It's "smog exempt" I guess cuz of the cab.

I opened up my hubs and sure enough they were gunked up from a grease/water mix. A snap doing had also popped off the back, so I think that was my hub noises. Drove it around the block and no noises, so I think I'm good.

Also, anyone need a truck or a d60 donor? Really really want to get rid of this truck, taking up room.

My buddy and his wife are in the market for a diesel rig. They just went to sac to look at a truck yesterday. It was too beat up though. I just sent them the link.

He said it's too far to drive to pick up a truck that doesn't run... I told him to just go up and put a new turbo on it but he said no. I called him a lazy pussy and he laughed. So I don't think he's interested.
