Just joined. I was actually a member on the old site some years back with this Ranger:
Sold it soon after I got it due to buying a SuperCoupe. Missed that truck since the minute I saw it drive away. So, I've been looking for another one and with a somewhat recent house purchase and no real truck, I've kicked it into high gear. Brought home a 1987 ECSB 4x with a 2.9 a few weeks ago No pictures of that one yet. Someone tried to take care of and restore it. Fairly fresh paint job (amateur.....bad runs in several places), new torque converter, new bedside...someone tried. Was going to fix what was necessary and drive it while accumulating parts for a V8 swap but found the main harness fused together at the connection. Sorry but a 2.9 to me is not worth that work. So, out it came and in will be going either a '69 302 or '90-ish 351.
