Well hello everyboby don't hate because i don't really know much about trucks
Here we go

I have a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT reg cab manual transmission 2WD with about 56,000 miles on it (enough info?)
I want to lift it

3" is about what i want its a DD i wont be off roading much or ever really

and for tires i was thinking 31x10.50R15 BFG All Terrain KO on 15x8 US Steel Rock Crawler wheels

tell me what you think.

I really dont know what im doing is that all i need to buy? will the tires fit, etc

If you have not checked out the Technical Library - PLEASE - check out the how-to articles and tire fitment charts there. My truck is lowered so I would be lost trying to help you in this area, but your first step should be a little research. after reading the tire fittment i think ill get some 32"

this is still just a thought as i dont have the money so if anyone knows where i can get things cheaper feel free to throw in your 2 or 3 cents
