no turn signals

94 2.3 2x4 ranger
i have flashers, wipers work perfectly, washer also.
thought it might be the multi switch so i replaced that with one i found at a junk yard. the switch looks like new(no dust, no grease build up, the printing is perfect) the flasher relay is working. all lights work as well as brights.
i am looking for any help.

found out i had a short from the wires that lead to the reverse light switch causing the fuse to burn out. no fuse = no turn signals
