Ok im really stumped again. I have a charged battery, new starter and relays. I have spark, the fuel pump is coming on. The engine is turning over great, but she still won't start what am i missing?

It needs three things... well four.
Fuel... at the proper pressure. Have you checked that?
Spark... this needs to be timed properly.
Compression... have you checked it... even a single cylinder?
The 4th is injector pulse... your pump can run all day at proper pressure... if injectors don't pulse... it will never run.
Have you pulled a plug? Is it wet indicating a flooded condition?

'86 has 3 engine options (well 4 if you include diesel but that's very rare), which one? They all had the TFI ignition so I would definitely look into if it has spark or not... if not probably the TFI module which also gives the rpm signal to the engine computer for injection I believe...
