No spark

I have a 1992 Ranger with 2.3 Inot getting any spark on the front coil pack. I got voltage on the number 1 pin at the module and at the middle wire on the front coil pack. I swapped the coil packs and got spark from both of them so I don't know why I can't get speark when I swap them back. I just put on a new head of a 1993 2.3 can't figure it out could definetly use some help.
