I just rebuilt my 2001 B-3000 V-6 3.0 and it runs great except it has no power going up hill. Level ground it runs the way it should but you put your foot in it on a hill and it's like hitting a head wind. I had the cam position sensor set by a shop but even though it was off a few degrees that didn't rectify the problem. Every part is new except the ECM and the coil pack. Any ideas as to why it's so anemic? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
