I have completely no power to the ignition. But I have headlights and everything ran off the headlight switch, when you turn the key there's no idiot lights or the gauges don't move, but the theft light still blinks. New battery completely charged all power to fuse boxes and relays, new ignition switch, and transceiver. I'm kind of puzzled, I have no idea what's going on.

Did you check the relays themselves? I had a similiar problem and my mechanic said that if the ECM relay was not working I would not get a check engine light when I turned the key to the on position. And if it isn't working the computer doesn't. I pulled my relay out to take it in the parts store to make sure I got the correct one and then re-plugged it in. My problem was intermittent so I was waiting to catch it before I put the new in. Evidently unplugging it and putting it back in somehow fixed the problem. It has yet to do it again. But I am prepaired.

Yep changed the ignition relay and PCM.

Interesting, that sounds like my girlfriends Tribute. A copy of the key WITHOUT the security chip on it will turn on lights and radio but the theft light will blink and you'll get absolutely no power to ignition.
