I replaced all 8 spark plugs on an 89 Ranger 2.3 with a manual transmission. Afterwards it ran very badly. Misfiring and cant get more then 1500 RPM's. I've doubled and tripled checked spark gap and even put in Motercraft plugs. I've doubled checked to make sure all of the electric components and vacuum lines were correct. But still I'm having this problem. Anyone ever experience this? It was running just fine before...HELP ME!!!

all 8? that could be your problem... lmao. did you try the old ones again? re they the same as the new ones?

Thanks all. I tripled checked my new plug wires. (when I change wires I do them one at a time anyhow) I have even tried replacing the coil packs. and no difference. Would a clogged catalytic converter give me the symptoms??? The Owner did a Sea Foam cleaning right before I changed the plugs
