No pics but some questions?

I got a 98 ranger, sometimes when i stop the abs light comes on then stays on until i shut it off again and if i hit the brake for like two seconds then hit the gas again the E-brake light comes on then goes off, you know why it does this? Almost every picture i look at for this year truck the frames are almost always rusted completely, mine looks almost new. Is there any way to tell if it is new cause the exhaust is rusted over but nothing else is. seemed odd.

this needs to go in the brakes section.
anyway check your brake pumps, liquid levels and abs sensors.
putting a new frame is a really xpnesive job so maybe its just well kept.
its normal that th exhaust gets red and rusted-like, it gets really hot!!
