So I went down to inspection about 2 weeks ago (for the 3rd time in 3 months) to hopefully get my truck to pass. All of the repairs I did were enough to get it through up until they checked the high beams. For some insane reason, they don't work and the dash indicator light doesn't come on. So i figured it was the multifunction switch. So I replaced it, still nothing. Then I tried checking the bulbs thinking that maybe they had both burned out, and to my surprise they're fine. After a few choice words and wrenches now lodged in my garage wall, I took it over by my old man who has been a mechanic for 30+ years now. After about 45 minutes of testing fuses and relays, he looked at me with the same confused look on his face.
I'm out of ideas. Anyone know what we could have missed?
