No cabin heat /a/c stuck on all the time HELP

fixed a busted timing belt and replaced water pump while at it, flushed cooling system and now have no cabin heator defroster, when selected it still blows out Ice cold a.c air, checked by pass valve to make sure vaccum lin is hooked up, heater hoses are both hot so it is circulating through the heater core but no hot into cab< what else can it be 1996 ranger 2.3 l 2 wd.
Gonna be getting colder at night where i will need a defroster soon

Check your blend door. they are a common problem issue with that era of Ranger. There is a write up in the tech library on how to fix it.
