No blower motor after 4.0 swap in 89 B2

Ok so I swapped a 91 4.0 into a 89 bronco 2 it's a complete plug in swap, it runs great everything works
(And no turn signals, but hazards work fine.) don't know if that's related...


But I'm getting no blower motor,

I know in 91 they added a relay, and changed the fuse location from inside to under the hood,
I have the entire 91 ranger harness under the hood and 89 b2 harness inside

I know the blower controls plugs all matched up and pluged in between the 91 and 89 harness on the passenger side under dash by the computer.
where do I start??

It's 25 degrees outside and I can't drive it without heat.

Has anyone done the swap and had a similar problem?

Update I hooked up 12v to the blower and it was cutting in and out so I bought a new blower motor, the improved style for a 92 explorer. Hooked it up turned knob to hi and it started ever so slowly turning but eventually stopped less then 10 seconds later, so I temperaraly wired it to the battery with 2 ground wires sticking out so I can complete the circuit by Turing them together. It works for now

Updated 89 b2 and 90-90 ranger harness bwp big white plug pins don't match, I repinned 90 ranger harness to match 89 at the bwp and blower works again.
