I've done the KOEO test and come up with Code 41 (system lean) I haven't done KOER yet...suppose I could but I don't think I would get any different results.

Look for a vacuum leak.

Listen for a hissing sound under the hood. You'll hear it if it is as bad as it sounds.

Could be a clogged catalytic converter too.

a clogged converter would really give me that much trouble and keep me from being able to accelerate?

That is what my GF's Monte Carlo did when hers needed to be replaced. I went to pass someone and had to pull back in behind the car, didn't think I would make it. It was easily 10x faster once fixed.
Not to thread jack, but my question for anyone, will a bad catalytic converter always throw a code? I have been trying to track down the same issue for a while now with no luck.

Well I'll see if O'Reilly rents out an exhaust pressure gauge and check it out....shouldn't really be out any money just by renting it if they do....
