So i did a manual transfer case borg warner 1350 swap. The shifter that came with the transfer case didn't fit my FM146 5spd tranny. so i went to u-pull and got the right shifter. the forks don't reach the shifter. so i need to know if the shift deally on the transfer case comes in two sizes or not? if you don't know what i'm talking about it's this right here \/

There are four different shifter setup. There is a little arm on the tcase that the fork fits into. There is a short and long one. You need the other one. You just unbolt with one bolt and put the other one on.

You need the longer arm for the tcase. You are also missing the slider bushing for the fork.

i got the bushing, it just fell off when i decided what i was doing wasn't gonna work so i left it off. so the longer shifter arm on the transfer case side will fix my issue? as it sits now, if i put the fork on with the bushing while it is 2hi i can shift all the way to 4lo... when i shift it back to 2hi the fork will slip off the bushing completley and sit how you see it in the pic.

... and yes i know that bolt on the lower left is off, and yes i also know it isn't wired in... in case anyone wanted to point that out.

Yes, get the longer lever. Go back to wherever you got the shifter from and tell them it's not complete without the little lever on the Tcase. The one you need is noticeably longer.

i got it from u-pull so i will just take mine in and find the longer one, they won't charge me for it cuz it is such a small part they will just let me have it. thanks for the response. i've had this problem for a while and haven't found an answer until now.
